Strategy Mapping

We built a multi-phase remarketing strategy:

The project was hands-on and rapid-fire—weekly stand-ups with their content lead, asynchronous updates in Notion, and shared Figma wireframes.

They provided audience insights, and we translated them into psychological triggers.
We tested three messaging styles before landing on the winner: value reframing combined with subtle urgency, which resulted in a lift in conversions.

We also co-created heatmap-backed content paths that guided users from ad to landing page.


Copy + Creative Execution

Each ad and retargeting email was handcrafted. Not AI-fluff — real, researched, high-converting copy. Here’s what we focused on:

  • Emotional Re-Entry: Open loops, curiosity, and value-first hooks

  • Benefit-Stacked Messaging: Addressing what users missed

  • Minimal Friction: Removing doubt, not adding urgency or pressure

All copy was tailored to the traffic source — what worked on Instagram didn’t on email, and vice versa.


Technical Setup or Integration

We collaborated with their dev team to deploy:

  • Dynamic keyword insertion for Google Display

  • Zapier integrations for abandoned cart logic into email follow-ups
